We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance & Operations Co-Founder to join our mission.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up of our platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure we have the resources, systems, and processes in place to grow sustainably from Day 1.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, consulting, or startup operations, with prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms being a significant plus. You should also be comfortable managing logistics, partnerships, and customer support, as well as having a passion for building communities and scaling people-first businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance & Fundraising:
    • Build and manage financial models (unit economics, CAC/LTV, marketplace liquidity).
    • Lead fundraising: prepare investor materials, prepare pitch decks, manage financial modelling and investor relations.
    • Build robust financial systems: accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, CAC/LTV analysis.
    • Oversee compliance, accounting, and corporate governance.
  • Marketplace Operations:
    • Design and execute marketplace operations playbook.
    • Design operational processes for venue partnerships, equipment rentals, and event logistics.
    • Balance marketplace liquidity: ensuring enough hosts & events to meet attendee demand.
    • Build trust & safety operations: dispute resolution, refunds, and community guidelines.
  • Scaling & Partnerships:
    • Oversee legal & compliance frameworks: contracts, NDAs, corporate structure, MCA compliance.
    • Forge partnerships with venues, service providers, and student organizations.
    • Develop KPI dashboards: event volume, ticket sales, host retention, repeat attendance.
    • Hire and manage community managers and operational staff as we grow.
