
Sales Call Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Call Quality Evaluator to monitor and assess daily sales calls made by our tele-calling team.
This role is pivotal in maintaining high communication standards, improving customer interactions, and providing actionable feedback to drive conversions and enhance customer experience.
- Evaluate daily sales calls against defined quality parameters.
- Assess performance on elements such as tone and voice modulation, objection handling, product knowledge, company introduction, sales pitch effectiveness, and compliance with scripts and legal guidelines.
- Maintain detailed evaluation reports and scorecards for each sales call.
- Share constructive feedback and improvement recommendations with telecallers and team leaders.
- Identify recurring gaps or issues in sales conversations and suggest targeted training or process improvements.
- Collaborate with training and sales managers to develop quality benchmarks and coaching initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales call auditing, telecalling, or sales training is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to provide objective, actionable feedback for performance improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM and call monitoring tools is a plus.
