**Job Title:** IAM Quality Assurance Specialist

**About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Continuous Improvements initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in stabilizing and enhancing our existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management across our infrastructure. This involves improving data quality, reducing operational risks, and laying the groundwork for automation and future scalability.

This initiative aims to maximize our existing investments in SailPoint, CyberArk, and AWS by aligning our identity governance capabilities with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for SIT and UAT, ensuring all functional changes meet industry standards.
  • Liaise with different areas of the project team, including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
  • Provide regular updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls.
  • Record accurate test results in JIRA and capture evidence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and share learnings with team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working with Identity and Access Management suites or other access provisioning tools.
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases.
  • Knowledge of Java programming and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 4+ years of experience in a QA role.
  • 4+ years of experience working in IT Security related projects, access controls, and Identity and Access Management.
  • A university degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
