About This RoleMain Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Management: Ensure timely updates across our systems for seamless business use.
  • Product Validation: Verify product attributes (size, finish, pricing, categories) for accuracy and consistency.
Vendor Liaison
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collect and validate product data to maintain data quality.
  • Follow-up and Corrections: Regularly check-in with vendors for missing details or corrections.
Data Analysis and Cleaning
  • Data Collection and Transformation: Gather raw data from multiple sources and structure it for efficient use.
  • Error Detection and Resolution: Proactively detect inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in data.
Data Insights and Reporting
  • SQL Querying and Validation: Use SQL to query, validate, and manipulate datasets for insights.
  • Report Generation: Create reports to support internal teams with valuable data-driven insights.
Excel Proficiency
  • Advanced Excel Formulas: Develop complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated checks for efficiency.
  • Excel Sheet Creation: Build detailed sheets for bulk product uploads and validations.
Process Efficiency and Improvement
  • Maintain High Standards: Uphold rigorous data hygiene across all systems.
  • Process Enhancements: Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in data operations, catalog management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL with ability to write and optimize queries.
  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning tools).
  • Excellent aptitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
