Senior Data Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Manager to oversee data science and analytics hiring initiatives. This role will involve managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

The successful candidate will develop and implement procedures and policies for efficient talent acquisition, working closely with internal and external sources to source and fulfill hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to recruit top talent in data analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with 4+ years in Data Analytics hiring.
  • At least 4 years of team management experience is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and guide the recruitment team.
  • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership.
  • Ensure process adherence and develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
