Key Performance Indicators
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our revenue management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing revenue streams for the business.
Maintenance of Revenue Standards; review and measurement of business performance against established goals. Work with each region to develop specific strategies to ensure measurable improvements in demand and availability.
Closely monitors competitors for shifts in demand, rate, and strategy.
- Market Analysis: Analyze and monitor marketing channels, key and other account production. Ensure that all major channels of distribution effectively support the product and maintain rate parity.
- Future Booking & Trends Evaluation: Review future booking patterns and evaluate trends to inform revenue optimization decisions.
- Rate and Inventory Restriction Updates: Update all channels of distribution as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
- Region-Specific Strategies: Work with each region to develop region-specific strategies to ensure growth. Establish appropriate goals and benchmarks to effectively measure performance.

Revenue Management professionals must possess a range of skills to succeed in this field. The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing and other revenue management functions to include research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations and yield management.
- Excellent oral and written communication & organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Data-Driven Decision Making
The ability to effectively analyze and use operational, financial, and marketing data to maintain and improve market share/penetration goals is crucial for success in this role.
