We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Management Change Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing changes to our IT infrastructure while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a change management professional who thrives in a dynamic environment with evolving technologies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ITIL Change Management processes, principles, methods, and techniques.
The Change Lead will oversee the entire change process, from requesting and assessing changes to their approval, review, and implementation. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assess change requests submitted by various stakeholders
- Coordinate and prioritize change implementation schedules
- Participate in and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Chair CAB meetings
- Review the potential impact of changes on IT infrastructure and services
- Ensure all changes are recorded, reviewed, and approved before implementation
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of professional ITIL Change Management experience
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes, principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and its Change Management module
- Experience in managing and coordinating all activities necessary to control, track, and audit changes in the environment
