The key responsibilities of this role include designing digital experiences, creating presentations, using infographics and storytelling strategies, collaborating with marketing teams, planning shoots, and overseeing ad campaign deliverables.

Experience with authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required. Design and develop curriculum, course modules, and interactive learning journeys tailored for online delivery.

Partner with faculty and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert knowledge into structured, learner-friendly content. Apply instructional design models and create engaging e-learning modules, video scripts, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning experiences.

Incorporate technology tools to enhance delivery and track learner progress. Ensure content aligns with program outcomes, industry relevance, and learner career goals.

Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure content usability, scalability, and learner adoption.

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning Sciences, English Language, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience designing digital/online courses in EdTech or higher education.
  • Strong knowledge of pedagogy, adult learning principles, and competency-based education.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and build structured, modular learning paths.

Preferred skills include experience in higher education programs, understanding of learner analytics and adaptive learning pathways, exposure to AI-driven learning tools, gamification, and immersive technologies.
