Job Opportunity: Legal Expert

Overview of the Role

  • The legal expert will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for client companies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client files are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare corporate documents, review standard corporate agreements, and maintain legal manuals for client companies.
  • Coordinate and execute legal activities for companies.
  • Provide fee quotations for services to clients and charge fees accordingly.
  • Monitor productivity and performance against targets to meet individual and client objectives.
  • Ensure actions taken align with company goals and purpose within the legal framework.
  • Manage companies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in client files.
  • Work closely with managers to maintain the client database and provide advice on complex requests.
  • Develop and update legal manuals and procedures, contributing to system development and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics / Qualified Company Secretary.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal management services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, initiative, positive attitude, and focus on revenue and targets.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Client-facing skills, spoken and written communication, and ability to tailor style to audiences.
  • Excellent English language fluency, additional languages preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
