Fundraising & Valuation Specialist

We are preparing for a critical phase of growth, and we are looking for a proven fundraising & valuation professional to lead this effort.

The ideal candidate will drive the fundraising process with venture capital firms, family offices, and high net worth individuals (India & overseas), building and maintaining strong relationships and outreach pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and outreach pipelines.
  • Develop financial models, projections, and investor decks.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
  • Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Provide financial insights to enhance company valuation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • A proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
