Job Title: Senior Investment Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to lead our fundraising and investor relations initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, stakeholders, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential investors for listed and unlisted companies' fundraising opportunities.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage investor relations by regularly updating stakeholders on company performance and market developments.
  • Organize roadshows, investor meetings, webinars, and other engagement activities.
  • Prepare investment decks, pitchbooks, and other fundraising materials.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in finance or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, private equity, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.
