Key Leadership Position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our investments team. This is a dynamic role that requires strategic planning and collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports for diverse investment solutions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze financial data and metrics to optimize investment strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client-specific data, informing key business decisions.
  • Engage with clients through regular reviews and updates, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and driving business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Take ownership of process improvements, streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Maintain effective relationships with senior management and onshore business partners, aligning goals and objectives.
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in leadership or senior roles.
  • Graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of India.
  • Knowledge of global capital markets and asset classes, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and deliver high-quality results consistently.
