About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator – Energy Access and Livelihoods to join our team in Orissa. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in community mobilization and stakeholders engagement in projects operations area.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct preliminary site assessments, baseline data collections and on-field work with stakeholders across the region
- Provide technical support regarding technologies, project commissioning and train stakeholders on the use of deployed technologies
- Support implementation and monitoring of projects
- Coordinate with FPOs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project activities and report on status, challenges and outcomes
- Assist with machine commissioning
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, agriculture, rural development or related field with 0-3 years of experience
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in Odia, English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
- Experience working with FPOs or similar organizations is a plus
The compensation for this role is estimated to be around ₹10 lakhs per annum, commensurate with industry standards. Additionally, Customized Energy Solutions India follows the policy of equal opportunity and female candidates are encouraged to apply for the position.
