Network Infrastructure Specialist

The Wireless Network Administrator plays a pivotal role in the management and support of network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and troubleshoot day-to-day issues with Meraki network devices (MX, MR, MS)
- Provide and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations through efficient switch port, VLAN assignment, and basic network change management
- Coordinate with senior engineers to escalate and configure complex changes
Requirements:
- Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking is essential
- Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki Dashboard is mandatory
- Understanding of Wi-Fi troubleshooting concepts is necessary
- Familiarity with Layer 2 networking concepts – VLANs, trunk/access ports, port security
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with L3 teams when required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary
- Proficiency in Malayalam language is an absolute requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in network administration is required
Work Environment:
- On-site general shift availability with flexibility to adapt to planned changes
