Job Title: STEM Educator

As a STEM educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of teachers and students alike. Your expertise in mathematics, physics, or chemistry will be essential in creating engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.

  • Conduct workshops and courses for teachers, leveraging progressive pedagogical methods to enhance their skills.
  • Prepare capacity-building program plans and contribute to academic calendar preparations for Shikshaantar and ITEI.
  • Collaborate with subject teams to plan and execute STEM programs, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Analyze feedback from training participants and incorporate it into subsequent trainings, fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs for Teacher Education.
  • M.Sc. (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry), B.Ed, or equivalent degree.
