Job Title: META ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

We are seeking an accomplished Meta Ads professional to manage ad campaigns for clients in the Health and Wellness and Local Service industries.

  • Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Analyze audience data, develop lookalike audiences, and oversee retargeting.
  • Compose compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creatives.
  • Set up A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages).
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize for best results.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay informed on Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Possess a strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Show hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
  • Able to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads is a bonus.
  • Long-term projects with consistent work.
  • Opportunity to work on international campaigns (USA, Canada, Australia).
  • Flexible working hours (remote).
