Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

Location: Mohali

Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right customers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
  • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Track pixel events, custom conversions, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup (Traffic, Leads, Conversions, Remarketing).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Meta Ads certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in running lead generation/e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
