Entrepreneurship Curriculum Developer

We are seeking a skilled Entrepreneurship Curriculum Developer to join our team. As an essential part of our mission, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge entrepreneurship curriculum and content.
This role involves researching and upgrading existing content to ensure it aligns with market trends and the foundation's vision of empowering entrepreneurs.
You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify areas of improvement and develop new curriculum based on stakeholder feedback and market requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Benchmarking existing courses and introducing continuous improvements.
- Developing and designing new curriculum aligned with the foundation's vision and outcomes.
- Preparing conceptual decks to support faculty delivery and program outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Masters in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience in research and teaching, preferably in an entrepreneurship course or startup environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, development, and measuring program outcomes.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong inclination towards teaching, facilitation, and supporting startups.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
