Job Title: Entrepreneurship Catalyst

Synthesize business opportunities with interpersonal dynamics to foster collective growth and progress.
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurial groups in the North Chapter to establish a culture of mutual support and trust.
  • Engage in regular interactions with group facilitators and members to assess their needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor member engagement, address disengagement, and optimize group dynamics.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective members through referrals, targeted events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish alliances with local incubators, venture capitalists, founder communities, and industry networks to expand ASCENT's presence.
  • Promote ASCENT's brand visibility by representing the organization at local entrepreneurial and industry events.
  • Co-create local campaigns, visibility drives, and ecosystem collaborations with the central team.
  • Conceptualize and execute location-specific events, including chapter huddles, mixer events, and knowledge sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of chapter performance, including TG vitality, member retention, new joiners, and engagement metrics.
  • Participate in chapter strategy review discussions with the Central team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, ability to analyze complex data, and experience in developing strategic partnerships.
