Job Title: Asset Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our retail expansion efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable locations through market research and analysis, evaluating local demographics, footfall potential, and competitive landscapes.

A key responsibility of the role is conducting site visits to assess property suitability based on location, accessibility, and visibility, and preparing reports with key findings and recommendations.

The Property Acquisition Associate will also provide negotiation support to senior managers in securing lease terms, rental agreements, or purchase contracts with landlords or brokers.

Other responsibilities include coordinating and documenting property acquisition and agreements, maintaining updated records of property details, contracts, and approvals, and building relationships with brokers, agents, and developers.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a basic understanding of real estate laws and property regulations, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
