Senior Software Development Engineer in Test Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our Solutions team.

  • Develop expertise in cloud security solutions, contribute to designing and qualifying the solution as a whole.
  • Build flexible and scalable automation solutions, create quality processes and requirements, work closely with the team to replicate customer environments.
  • Automate complex test suites, develop test libraries, coordinate adoption.
  • Identify and communicate risks about releases, own quality decisions for the solution, advocate for customers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SDET with a track record of creative and innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience testing distributed systems, knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, KVM, OpenStack).
  • Knowledge of modern data technologies (MongoDB, MySQL, ScyllaDB, Cassandra, Kafka, Pulsar, Redis), network security, authentication, and authorization.
  • Strong expertise in TCP/IP, UDP & HTTP, Jenkins, Hudson, or CI/CD systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Python or other programming languages (Go a plus), ability to apply data structures and algorithms to practical problems.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills, very engaging interpersonal skills.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience testing firewalls, VPN, proxies, L4-7, web gateways, PKI/TLS, SD-WAN, routing protocols.

Education Requirements

  • BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.
