Job Title: Cloud Security Solutions Architect

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Solutions Architect to design, implement and maintain cloud-based security solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining AWS-based cloud solutions, as well as implementing identity and access management (IAM) controls.
  • They will collaborate with cloud architects and developers to create security solutions for cloud environments by designing security controls and ensuring they are integrated into cloud platforms.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring cloud environments for suspicious activities and threats, implementing security governance policies and maintaining audit logs for regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will also automate cloud security processes using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform or Ansible, and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure secure deployment and configuration.
  • Additionally, they will secure and encrypt data by providing secret management solutions with versioning enabled.
  • Build backup solutions for running applications' downtime and maintain a parallelly running disaster recovery environment in the backend.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining cloud-based security solutions using AWS.
  • Knowledge of IAM controls and ability to implement them securely.
  • Ability to collaborate with cloud architects and developers to create security solutions for cloud environments.
  • Experience in automating cloud security processes using CloudFormation, Terraform or Ansible.
  • Ability to implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure secure deployment and configuration.
  • Experience in securing and encrypting data using secret management solutions.
  • Ability to build backup solutions for running applications' downtime.
