As an ERP Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a smooth workflow across departments, and provide user support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day ERP activities, including Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR modules.
  • Enter, validate, and report data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolve functional and technical issues for end-users related to ERP systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and share management reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP software.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven 2–5 years of experience in ERP management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful management reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
