ERP Implementation Specialist

We are undergoing a significant transformation from an outdated ERP system to a cutting-edge, integrated solution within Zoho One. Our primary objective is to implement a seamless and efficient process for managing our industrial and medical gas sales and rentals.

The ideal candidate will lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho, ensuring a smooth migration from our legacy system. This role requires both technical expertise and practical business acumen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as necessary to align with our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as required.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Zoho One implementation, particularly in Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Able to collaborate remotely with our team using tools like Loom, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
