  • Application Maintenance: Collaborate closely with the team to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
  • Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across Sales, Customer Care, Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting, Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to optimize the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate periodic reports based on statistical analysis and prepare specific reports for management.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
