Job Description:
This Auditing and Reconciliation Specialist role involves reconciling and auditing vendor invoices with the highest level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure timely payments to vendors, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate vendor accounts.

Essential Duties:
  1. Reconciles and audits exception-based invoices
  2. Pays invoices correctly or passes to appropriate personnel for dispute resolution
  3. Assists in keeping vendor accounts updated and accurate
  4. Resolves problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency
  5. Maintains professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job:
  • Education: B Com, M com, or equivalent degree accredited, or high school diploma with relevant work experience
  • Experience: Six months of experience in audit, accounts, finance, or related field
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, database management, MS Office, and problem-solving skills
