This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Advertising, and the ability to execute broader digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions for our internal marketing efforts as well as our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSEOConduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search rankings.Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes to enhance site performance.Develop link-building strategies and manage off-page SEO campaigns.Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.Social MediaDevelop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories.Monitor social media channels, respond to audience queries, and foster online communities.Run paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.SEM/PPCPlan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and display advertising.Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools.Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in SEO, SMM, and digital marketing roles.Proven expertise with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid marketing platforms.Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.Exceptional writing and editing skills for social media and marketing content.Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
