Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across various platforms, analysing performance, and scaling successful strategies.

This is a high-impact position where you will work closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that convert.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Budget Management: Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
  • Platform Updates: Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
