Job Responsibilities:- Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource utilization, drive efficiency, and meet performance targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, ensure quality delivery, and drive growth.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Escalation Management: Manage escalated issues effectively, minimize downtime, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Overall Delivery: Oversee overall project delivery, ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and excellent client satisfaction.
- Strong Knowledge: Online marketing tools and best practices.
- Hands-on Experience: Paid Social ads specifically (1-5 years).
- Expertise: Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management (reach and frequency campaigns).
- Team & Client Management: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Subject-matter-expert: Search.
- Time-management: Effective time-management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point skills.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digital Marketing Channels: Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus.
