
Senior Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Human Resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Design and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive business success.
- Collaboration with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management to ensure seamless alignment between HR initiatives and business needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Staffing Needs: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
- Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and respect among employees.
- Disciplinary Actions: Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Salary Benchmarking: Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and performance-based compensation reviews.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose and implement HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Credentials: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
