Collateral Management Specialist Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in India.

The successful candidate will have experience in producing high-quality presentations, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

The role requires building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience of documenting process flows and operating models within software applications.

The selected individual will be responsible for presenting to senior stakeholders and communicating main points clearly.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory changes under capital regulations programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective collateral management processes
  • Document and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and their impact on business operations

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree
  • Strong understanding of capital regulations (CRR, Basel 3.1)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
