Job Title: Senior Footwear Design Lead

The role of a Senior Footwear Design Lead involves overseeing the entire footwear design and development process, from concept to production.

This position requires collaboration with various teams such as product, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure timely and high-quality launches.

The responsibilities include:

  • Selecting and approving materials that meet performance, comfort, and cost efficiency requirements.
  • Liaising with international suppliers and factory partners to guarantee quality and delivery timelines.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor products to inform innovation.
  • Establishing design guidelines and ensuring adherence to brand identity.
  • Managing prototyping, testing, and quality control processes.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sports footwear design and development, preferably with prior experience working with or for major sports brands.
  • Proven track record of delivering market-ready products through factories.
  • Degree in Footwear Design & Development.
