Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Footwear Development Head to lead our sports footwear design and development team.

This key role will be responsible for delivering innovative, high-performance products while ensuring alignment with brand standards and market needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports shoe design, development processes, and materials, with a proven record of delivering market-ready products.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sports footwear design and development are required, with prior experience working with or for major sports brands.

Experience working with Chinese factories is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation through material selection and supplier coordination.
