Job Title: Financial Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial performance and strategic reporting for India.
  • Oversee month-end closing process in General Ledger, rolling forecasts, cash flow management, and annual budget planning.
  • Review monthly P&L and balance sheet schedules and provide explanations for variances.
  • Provide business partnering support in terms of financial planning, analysis, monitoring of business results, managing and controlling operational expenses, customer profitability analysis, etc.
  • Responsible for working capital management including accounts receivable collection and payment processing and controls.
  • Review monthly payroll and its accounting in General Ledger.
  • Verify and approve all journal vouchers prepared by Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with legal policies and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc reports for business needs.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements, as well as ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Liaise with external agents to ensure timely local statutory reporting and relevant tax reporting.
  • Adhoc financial projects as requested.
  • Treasury management services.
  • Represent the Finance Department in interactions with employees and external individuals & organizations.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4-5 years relevant experience in finance department of a large company.
  • Experience in leading a team and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good team leader with excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience in company process improvements.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
