The Role of a Senior Financial Executive

Job Summary:

This senior-level position focuses on managing financial operations, ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations and export procedures. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and optimizing export documentation.

  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely submissions of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
  • Audit Management: Stay updated with changes in GST laws and handle audits accordingly.
  • Export Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists for exports.
  • Clearance Coordination: Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts related to export sales and provide accurate reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
