About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in developing and executing financial strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, and overseeing financial reporting and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our finance team, providing strategic guidance and support to the business, and ensuring that our financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in financial leadership roles (Sr. Finance Manager, Finance Controller).
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, and investor relations.
  • Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions for securing working capital, term loans and structured financing solutions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (IGAAP, IND AS, IFRS).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
