As a highly skilled training professional, you will be responsible for delivering expert instruction and monitoring the student learning experience to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth training on IT concepts, including hardware and software knowledge
  • Teach advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as page layout, print, header footer, and mail merge in MS Word
  • Introduce students to fundamental internet knowledge, including web browsing, email creation, and online shopping
  • Cover key concepts of Google Drive, OneDrive, and online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype
  • Deliver advanced training in MS Excel, covering cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation
Desired Profile:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree
  • Relevant experience as a faculty or trainer for at least one year
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students
  • Liking for teaching as a career
