Verbal Communications Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert training sessions to develop staff communication skills, language, culture, and customer handling etiquette.
  • Analyze needs and design customized training programs to achieve business goals.
  • Facilitate new hire training batches and coach agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, fluency, and overall customer interaction.
  • Develop and update comprehensive training content, modules, and materials based on evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in contact centers and a strong ability to interpret data to inform strategic training decisions. Additionally, they should possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration among team members.
