Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Awareness Educator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cybersecurity awareness education initiative. With India's rapid digital transformation, cyber threats have become a pressing concern for individuals and communities.

This role involves conducting interactive workshops on cyber safety, digital payments, social media security, and online fraud prevention. You will deliver engaging sessions for diverse groups, including students, women, employees, small business owners, and senior citizens.

You will also share real-world case studies of cyber frauds and safety measures, as well as guide participants on incident reporting.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT or a related field, basic cybersecurity knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct awareness workshops on cyber safety, digital payments, social media security, and online fraud prevention.
  • Deliver interactive sessions for diverse groups – students, women, employees, small business owners, and senior citizens.
  • Share real-world case studies of cyber frauds and safety measures.
  • Guide participants on incident reporting (cybercrime.gov.in).

Requirements:

  • Background: IT Professionals (software, support, networking, QA, testing, system admin, cloud, data, etc.)
  • Experience: Must have experience in IT / tech field
  • Skills Required:
    • Basic cybersecurity knowledge (password safety, phishing, digital payments security, social media safety).
    • Comfortable with public speaking & training delivery.
    • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and making a positive impact.
