Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the Analytics Portfolio, driving business performance and operational execution across international, regional, and affiliate levels. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and designing analytical solutions, leading the development of new dashboards, and co-creating solutions with various stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in reporting and visualization tools, and experience in the pharmaceutical, customer healthcare, or cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Analytics Portfolio that drives business performance and operational execution across international, regional, and affiliate levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong alignment of the Analytics Portfolio with evolving KPIs framework, strategic initiatives, and brand portfolio.
  • Design and implement analytical solutions to support international strategy, collaborating with brand teams and functional leads.
  • Oversee the development of new dashboards by designing, prototyping, deploying, and testing analytical solutions. Partner with the Business Technology Solutions team and Data Operations lead to implement data products at scale.
  • Co-create solutions by including relevant partners from Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness, Medical Education, Finance, Market Research, Regions, and Top 7 Affiliates.
  • Manage the active analytics portfolio, perform ongoing quality control, and resolve escalated problems.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Reporting and visualization expert: Proficient in Power BI.
  • Data wrangling: Expertise in Excel + VBA, Python / R, SQL.
  • Experience building machine learning models and linear programming models.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods experience.
  • Knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodologies as well as open data sources.
  • CRM, digital communication, and Omnichannel datasets knowledge.
  • Leadership experience in managing multi-functional project teams in a matrix structure.
  • Able to manage and influence people both with and without formal authority.
  • Rapid business insight delivery through algorithm running.
  • Designing and developing technology solutions experience.
  • Handling large complex datasets and leveraging enterprise data lake and data warehouse solutions ability.
  • Multiple business projects leadership across various stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing skills at International / Global level.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel (c. 10%).
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required. Postgraduate level degree preferred (e.g., MSc, PhD).
