Key Responsibilities- Drive competitive advantage in the marketplace by overseeing and supervising Sales and Marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends, threats, and opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Develop forecast and P&L analysis to support local strategy development.
- Optimize resource allocation across the business unit to maximize sales, market share, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop strategies and programs supporting business needs.
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 3-5 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of launching and commercializing strategic products.
This role reports directly into the General Manager, Commercialization Operations, based in Mumbai.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
As a leader, you will be expected to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our employees are empowered to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
