Job Title

As a seasoned talent strategist, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for our esteemed clients. Your primary objective is to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that attract top talent and meet business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and engage with top talent
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding processes
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
