Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • An extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the design and delivery for a range of project types in a variety of settings
  • Ensuring project alignment with client goals and striving for excellence in design
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to develop concepts and resolve technical issues
  • Leading communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Anticipating and resolving complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project
  • Providing guidance and innovative solutions to resolve challenges
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships

To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring timely completion of projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and fostering effective collaboration among team members.
