About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Testing Strategies: Create detailed test plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure thorough coverage of all aspects of our software applications.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide expert guidance on testing best practices, and ensure alignment with overall product vision.
  • Testing Execution and Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Defining Test Plans and Automation: Develop and execute test automation scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium and SpecFlow to ensure robustness and reliability of our software applications.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Capital Markets: Strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory programs, and their implications on software development.
  • Testing Experience: Proven experience in defining overall testing approaches, test plans, and automation strategies.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, UNIX, PERL, and shell scripting, as well as experience with testing frameworks like SpecFlow and Selenium.
