About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the quality control process. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that all products and processes meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor QC processes and procedures to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality requirements.
  • Analyze field failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Regularly audit the quality process, PDI process, and check sheet and share reports with senior management.
  • Perform routine inspections and testing/calibration of products, materials, and processes to verify quality standards are met.
  • Ensure that all quality control documentation is maintained, accurate, and up to date.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
  • Coordinate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
