The role of a Senior Quality Assurance Manager is crucial in ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and team collaboration, with a focus on documenting, tracking, and resolving defects to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify requirements and data needed for testing various portals and web applications.
  • Develop and document test cases and test results.
  • Perform manual testing of web applications in different environments and on Android and iPhone devices.
  • Track and resolve reported defects using efficient methodologies.
  • Prepare comprehensive test reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and testing teams, to achieve project goals.
  • Analyze client inquiries, document them using standard templates, and assess their relevance and impact.
  • Prioritize requirements by conducting stakeholder analysis and SME engagement.
  • Develop use cases, business requirement documents, and workflow diagrams that meet project objectives.
  • Conduct sanity/smoke testing of implemented code to identify potential issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
