Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products, supervising the effective implementation of quality standards, and driving continuous improvement of quality performance. This includes monitoring process control in EMS and analyzing quality data to develop and implement quality improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products;
  • Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards;
  • Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance;
  • Analyze quality data and organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions;
  • Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving;
  • Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, driving timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above;
  2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing;
  3. Native English speaker, Chinese proficiency is a strong plus;
  4. Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations;
  5. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system;
  6. Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
