Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Packaging Development and Quality, located in Haryana, India. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing and designing packaging solutions, ensuring the sustainability of packaging materials, and managing food packaging specifics. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for research and development efforts to enhance packaging quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Skills in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design
- Experience in Sustainable Packaging and Food Packaging
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
