Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Rourkela, with a salary range of ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of renewable energy projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis on Electric Vehicles and Lithium Ion Batteries.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of energy systems.
  • Assist in the evaluation of project feasibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy system designs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of renewable energy processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in renewable technology.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ITI passed out.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy principles and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
