About the Role

As a Sales Director at Aditya Birla Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing strategic leadership and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned business targets and ensure timely operations support to maintain smooth functioning.
  • Distribute building, retail development, and recruitment of Field Leadership Structure (FLS) and Advisors are among your key responsibilities.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales productivity across all FLS through agency initiatives.
  • Maintain branch health by ensuring renewal targets are met and functional goals are achieved.
  • Drive local sales promotion efforts to support team members in achieving business targets and manage risks as per company policy.
